All Bidders shall obtain a Bidding Number Tag at least 30 minutes before auctions starts by presenting his/her ID card or valid passport and place a deposit of HK$50,000.00 (accept cash or remit only). If the bidder finishes the auction without any successful bid, the deposit will be returned immediately after the auction. If the bidder had successful bids, the deposit shall be applied to the settlement of the account. Any balance shall be returned when the Buyer collects the Lot(s). Should the Buyer fail to settle the account as required, the deposit will be forfeited.
